By accessing or using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Black Label Real Estate Media provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone/aerials, 3D tours, and related marketing materials. Services are scheduled by request and subject to availability.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
   
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Late payments may incur fees.
   

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
   
• Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no additional charge when conditions make work unsafe.
   

• All photos, videos, floor plans, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Black Label Real Estate Media until full payment is received.
   
• Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license for marketing the specific property.
   
• Media may not be resold or reused for other properties without written consent.
   

Black Label Real Estate Media retains the right to use any media we create—including photos, videos, 3D tours, and floor plans—for our own marketing and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, our website, social media channels, printed materials, advertising campaigns, and client presentations.
We will never display personal client information such as the property address or homeowner names without prior written consent.

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring property readiness (cleaning, staging, access) before scheduled shoots.
   
• Securing any necessary permits for drone flights or property access.
   

While we take great care in providing services, Black Label Real Estate Media is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
   
• Losses due to delays outside our control (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, or third-party hosting issues)
   

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [insert state, e.g., Nevada], without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
